Shipping & Returns




At Rastaclat, we strive to provide excellent service which includes the security of shipping your packages. We have opted to provide you with multiple options for shipping your order that provides tracking numbers to ensure that you can monitor your shipment as it travels to your doorstep.


Domestic Ground Shipping
For Domestic Ground Shipping, it will take up to 2-3 business days to process orders after they are received. Please allow 3-5 business days for Domestic ground orders to be delivered via USPS First Class Mail unless you have paid for another specific shipping method. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your shipment.


International Shipping
For International orders, we have elected to use the most affordable shipping prices through Priority Mail International. Delivery can range from 7-14 business days depending on your proximity (does not deliver on Sundays or Holidays) and has no specific guaranteed delivery time. Due to differing international customs processes, Rastaclat cannot be held liable for any packages shipped via this method once it has left our warehouse. Should you run into any tracking issues, please contact USPS at If you did not receive your package you may file a complaint report with them directly. In some cases, we may elect to use a shipping method which requires a signature upon receipt, based on the total value of your order. If you want to ensure that we ship your international package with tracking confirmation to your door, you may make a direct request with Customer Service at


Notice: We are sorry to inform you that we are unable to ship to Tunisia, Morocco, Macao and Algeria due to international shipping restrictions by local post offices. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

For Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, and United Arab Emirates only FedEx shipping is available.


How can I track my order?
Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your shipment.






How can I return something?
All purchases through our online store are final. We do not accept returns unless a product has a manufactured flaw upon receipt. Please email us with a photo of the defect for return approval.


Purchases made during any promotional sale are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. Should you wish to return an item that is not damaged, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us and charged a 10% processing and restocking fee.


If I want to return something, how long will it take for my return to be processed?
All returns must be made within 30 days from purchase. No exceptions. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, it should take approximately 7 business days to complete.


Do I have to pay shipping for my return items?
Yes, you will be responsible for getting the item back to us, but if approved, any exchange items will be shipped back to you free of charge.
